Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After that, we may need to reassess pricing based on current material costs and labor rates.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

If payment is not received according to the agreed schedule, we reserve the right to stop work until payment is made. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Scheduling and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice or after work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and labor performed.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. All labor is guaranteed for one year from the date of completion. This means if there are issues with our installation or workmanship, we will fix them at no additional cost.

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. We will provide you with warranty information for your specific materials at the time of installation.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to remove any obstacles that might interfere with our work. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other items.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, you understand that fence installation involves heavy equipment and construction activities that may temporarily affect your yard.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or HOA approvals before work begins. We can advise you on typical requirements, but ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.

If work is stopped due to lack of permits or violations of local codes, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect damages, consequential damages, or losses that result from our services.

In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid us for services.
